Privacy policy

What this policy covers

This policy applies to hopeplates.org and the HopePlates admin tools. It explains what we collect when you visit, donate crypto, or request a donation receipt for child-nutrition aid.

Information we collect

If you claim a receipt we store the name, email, optional note, transaction ID, asset, network, and wallet you used. The site also records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, path, and time) to keep the service available and to produce aggregate visit counts. We do not ask for bank cards or seed phrases.

How we use information

Receipt data is used to email a tracking code and to show a public-style confirmation page. Logs help us detect abuse of admin routes and understand which nutrition pages people actually open. We do not sell donor lists.

On-chain data

Crypto transfers are public on Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Tron. HopePlates cannot make a confirmed transaction private. Only send amounts you are willing to have visible on an explorer.

Cookies and accounts

Visitor pages do not require an account. Admin sessions use authentication cookies. Language preference may be stored in the URL locale segment.
